George Kuney, Lindsay Young Distinguished Professor of Law and director of the Clayton Center for Entrepreneurial Law, recently appeared on the latest episode of the American Bankruptcy Institute’s in-house podcast, discussing the revisions made to the fifth edition of his book, Bankruptcy in Practice, coauthored with Michael Bernstein of Arnold & Porter LLP .
Throughout the podcast, Kuney and Bernstein explain that the book was revised to incorporate recent case law and changes to the Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, the revisions were intended to bridge the divide between classroom theory, courtroom procedure, and conference room negotiation.
