Hart publishes book with UT Law professor’s chapter on leniency policies

Anti-cartel law enforcement has been greatly aided by the sharp rise in leniency policies over the past decade. However, University of Tennessee College of Law Professor Maurice Stucke deviates from this sentiment arguing that corporate and individual leniency policies have not optimally deterred cartels.

UT Law partners with Tennessee Human Rights Commission

Beverly L. Watts, executive director of the Tennessee Human Rights Commission (THRC), will deliver a public lecture and visit with students at the University of Tennessee College of Law on Wednesday, Sept. 16. Her visit is part of a semester-long partnership between the college and the THRC in which students are making complex legal documents easier to understand for the general public.
