Recent graduate Kirsten Jacobson was recently recognized by the Tennessee Bar Association as this year’s Law Student Volunteer of the Year, after logging more than 900 hours of pro bono work during her time at UT Law.

UT Law students support homeless veterans through Operation Stand Down

Earlier this semester, a group of UT Law students and faculty volunteered their legal services for homeless veterans as part of Operation Stand Down, an event sponsored by the grassroots, non-profit organization Knoxville Area Veterans Stand Down. The event was held September 26 at the National Guard Armory.
