Miranda E. Goodwin

Miranda E. Goodwin graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2017 with a bachelor’s in political science and a minor in sociology. She received her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law. During her final year at the College of Law, Miranda was a Student Attorney in the Wills Clinic, providing pro bono services to help clients establish conservatorships and prepare estate planning for families in need.

Miranda works as a local elder law attorney. Through her job as an attorney Miranda enjoys assisting elders and their families with estate planning. She also advises clients on how to better minimize or manage future crises. As an empathetic person, Miranda welcomes opportunities to meet her clients’ needs and enhance their quality of life. Her analytical skills and patience serve her well as she helps clients navigate unique challenges. In addition to assisting clients with planning issues, Miranda also handles estate administrations or probate cases when loved ones have passed.

Her personal time is dedicated to her beloved dogs, husband, and close-knit family. She also strives to travel near and far on a regular basis to explore the globe and gather enriching experiences shared with friends and family.
