Kaitlin Parham is an attorney at Adams and Reese LLP in Nashville, Tennessee.  She represents clients in various areas of litigation, including insurance, labor and employment, and health care.

Before she entered private practice, Parham was a Senior Associate Counsel with the Tennessee Department of Health where she drafted rules and regulations for various health related boards and appeared before the Tennessee Joint House and Senate Government Operations Committee.  Additionally, she represented the Tennessee Department of Health in administrative licensure proceedings before various health related boards.  Parham previously represented the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services in dependency and neglect proceedings in juvenile court.

Parham is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Nashville Bar Association.  In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, and cheering for the Vols from Nashville.
