Professor Ballinger represents sophisticated clients in the energy/EV, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. She specializes in handling high-profile disputes that require both a legal and public relations strategy. She has published articles with Bloomberg and Westlaw, and she leads the Firm’s mentorship, coaching, and retention program.
