Connecting the Threads 2024 is the Transactions: The Business Law Journal of Tennessee’s yearly symposium, where brilliant business minds come from across the country to discuss the latest in business and commercial law and Tennessee’s role in these developments. This year’s rendition will include presentations regarding insider trading law, NIL and blockchains, private markets, and the changing role of student athletes in our economy.
