Baxter reflects on recent Supreme Court rulings

Last fall, Professor Teri Baxter appeared on a HuffPost Live panel to discuss the then upcoming term of the United States Supreme Court. With the term now finished, Baxter recently took time to analyze some of the Supreme Court’s recent rulings on major issues such as affirmative action, immigration, and abortion, as well as the impact of Justice Antonin Scalia’s unexpected death.
