Two UT Law students were recently elected to the executive board of the National Latina/o Law Student Association (NLLSA). Vanessa Parras (1L) and Krysia Camino (3L, JD-MBA) were elected to the positions of secretary and treasurer, respectively.

The two students attended the 2015 NLLSA National Conference in Chicago, Illinois during the second weekend of October to meet with the other recently elected executive board members. They were accompanied by fellow UT Law students Karla Mendez (1L) and outgoing NLLSA South Atlantic Regional Director, Juan Cristóbal Quevedo (3L).
