The work of second-year College of Law student Virginia Whitener has won acclaim from the Tennessee Bar Association. Whitener is the winner of the 2019 Jon E. Hastings Memorial Award Writing Competition.

Three students selected for Tennessee Bar Diversity Leadership Institute

Three University of Tennessee College of Law students have been selected to participate in the Tennessee Bar Association’s Diversity Leadership Institute. Third-year student Jenna Macnair, and second-year students Miranda Stoltz and Taylor Flake, will spend the next few months taking part in the leadership and mentoring program designed specifically for Tennessee students studying law.
