This week the Tennessee Juvenile Justice Realignment Task Force released its final report for the state legislature and UT Law’s Dean Rivkin was a contributing member. The report offers a number of suggestions for improving the justice system’s approach to juvenile offenders.

Dean Rivkin, the Williford Gragg Distinguished Professor of Law, has been appointed to a legislative task force charged with making recommendations for the reform of Tennessee’s juvenile justice system.
