UT Law alumnus Buck Lewis elected Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers

UT College of Law alumnus and Memphis attorney Buck Lewis, of Baker Donelson, has been elected a Fellow of the American Academy of Appellate Lawyers, making him one of only three Tennessee attorneys inducted as an AAAL fellow.

Ellen Cole joins UT Law as the Associate Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Affairs

Ellen Cole is a UT alumna and served as the Children’s Miracle Network Program Director for East Tennessee Children’s Hospital before coming to UT Law. She will oversee the College’s annual giving program and special events throughout the year.

UT breaks Guinness World Record for largest human letter, Al Roker and the TODAY Show cover it

Comprised of 4,227 Tennessee Volunteers and measuring 190 feet by 190 feet, the University of Tennessee set a new Guinness World Record for the largest human letter with a Power T unlike any other. Al Roker, from NBC’s Today Show, was on the field covering it live.
