LLM students will pay tuition and fees to the University of Tennessee and should budget for living expenses for nine months in Knoxville.
LLM tuition and fees are estimated to be $37,930. Tuition and fees for the academic year are payable in two equal installments at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. For outstanding applicants, scholarships may be available.
UT Law will consider applicants with outstanding academic records and professional promise for merit-based scholarship assistance. Applicants will be considered for any scholarship assistance for which they are eligible if they are admitted to the LLM program. There are currently no need-based scholarships available.
Applicants are encouraged to consider external sources of financial support before applying for the LLM program. Applicants will be required to show an ability to fund their educational and living expenses for the duration of their stay before admission to the program.
