Professor Paula Schaefer named College of Law’s Associate Dean of Academic Affairs

University of Tennessee College of Law Professor Paula Schaefer has been named the college’s associate dean for academic affairs. Schaefer, who joined the faculty of the College of Law in 2008, has taught courses in professional responsibility, civil procedure, e-discovery, pre-trial litigation, and behavioral legal ethics.

The University of Tennessee College of Law community is mourning the loss of Richard Wirtz, professor emeritus and former College of Law dean, who died Jan. 3 at his home in Knoxville.
