Professor Brad Areheart’s work on organizational justice was recently featured in Forbes.  In the article, “Can We Trust Corporate Commitments to Racial Equity?,” UNC law professor Ifeoma Ajunwa referenced Areheart’s article “Organizational Justice and Antidiscrimination,” published in the Minnesota Law Review in 2020. Professor Ben Barton was the kickoff speaker for the Stanford Legal Tech and the Future of Civil Justice conference.

Jewel chosen to lead legal writing

Law Professor Lucy Jewel has been selected to lead the College of Law’s Legal Writing Program. Jewel said as the program’s new director she will focus on better connecting the process of legal writing to the process of legal research. “I think there’s a lot of room for synergy here,” she said.
