The Tennessee Law Review welcomes manuscripts on any area of law and related disciplines provided the treatment given to the topic is scholarly and well-researched.  We review every submission we receive.

Manuscripts should adhere to the following guidelines:

Please conform text and citations to the 18th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

Please provide a cover letter including your name, school or affiliation, title of your manuscript, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.

We encourage but do not require the provision of an abstract and conformity with the 11th edition of the Texas Law Review Manual on Usage & Style.
