"Contract Formation in State and Federal Government Procurement: Legal Requirements/Practical Considerations "
This CLE program consists of one lecture requiring satisfactory completion of a test for credit to be awarded. The program is available by viewing the video
linked below and then successfully completing a quiz, also
linked below. By successfully completing the program and submitting the proper fee, an individual
may earn a 1.25 (general) hours of CLE credit.
Directions:
1) View the lecture;
2) download and print the quiz,
3) answer the questions by circling the correct answer;
4) complete the information form at the end; and
5) mail the quiz and information sheet, along with a check for the appropriate amount made payable to "The University of Tennessee," to the address on the information form.
6) In order to receive CLE credit you must obtain at least a 75% correct score on the quiz. If you do not pass the test, the quiz, your application and your check will be returned to you and no CLE credit will be recorded. You may view the video here:
