College of Law graduate Randy Hafer, (’83) has received the Best Lawyers 2018 Litigation – Construction “Lawyer of the Year” award in Atlanta.
Hafer, a partner with Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, is the team leader of firm’s construction and infrastructure projects team. It was named the Construction Team of the Year by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in both 2015 and 2016.
Throughout his career, Hafer has focused his practice exclusively on the U.S. construction industry. As a result of this experience, Hafer has a thorough understanding of construction litigation, as well as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, dispute review boards and other forms of construction ADR.
